Adam Avenus has an extensive background in both hospitality and real estate. Having sold over $150,000,000 of real estate in Ontario, almost entirely for investors, Adam leads the charge in helping clients maximize their returns on their real estate portfolio through passive, short term rental income.
Co-Founder, Director Of Operations:
Niv Bass has spent years running high level operations for a number of companies throughout Ontario. With his experience in operations, and his passion for real estate, Niv creates a seamless experience both on the front and back end of managing every single short term rental transaction.
